Communication process: Noise

In doing my research for the upcoming Batam trip, I came across reviews for a particular massage house on Trip Advisor.

Someone wrote:

Ladies with long hair, do remember bring your own hair clips or rubber bands – cause I did not and throughout the massage, I had to help the young masseuse sweep my hair from one side to the other. Imagine how relaxing the session was….

To which, the massage house replied:

We have checked, you visit us on Oct. 16, 2011 Sunday as many as 4 people and ordered a package of four hand and we have checked the masseuse on duty for you there are 4 people with serial numbers 11, 22, 23, 24. and two long-haired men numbered 22 and 23.

We really do not want this to happen, they have been called upon to straighten hair (can not be decomposed, have a bun) but when we do not see them let go of her hair.

Actually we can force them to cut their hair short, but until we do this is not because it violates a person’s right and we can only make rules for trimming their hair in a bun.

We will seriously consider your comments and future no longer masseuse with her hair loose.

About stolenpapaya

I'm probably the most embarrassing friend anyone can have. Walking into a gents (not to forget the cubicle too) at Suntec; failing to allow the automatic door sensor to detect me THRICE; walking straight into the bus stop safety barrier after alighting the bus; spilling drinks; dropping cutlery; asking "do you have 'My/Your name is Chuck' on screen today?" when the movies were 'My name is Justin' and 'Good Luck Chuck'..
